Cynthia Sass: If you are following a properly diet you already know that pasta is on the menu. Here are four tips for eating pasta flat belly style. Number one, keep your portion size to about a half of cup of cooked. Number two, don’t forget to add your MUFA, great options include extra virgin olive oils, olive or olive tapenade or nuts. Number three, add veggies and a lean protein source and number four don’t forget to eat slowly and enjoy your meal. I’m Cynthia Sass Prevention Nutrition Director.
