Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time exercising because these blasts are so much fun. I want you to get up and join us let us go.
We are doing the athletic today so it is really strong. Think up and down. It is called a march, big arms, pump them, get that heart going. Good. What we are going to do, we are going to take it down and up. Let us go.
Down and up, down and up. Awesome job. Keep moving, let us add some arms. Here we go. Take it down and up. Low and high so we are working a big muscle in our legs and it is called the quadriceps. It is a muscle in the front. You need strong quadriceps to run, jump high, play all the sports, shoot hoops, score, you name it, you got it.
Down and up, let us go. It is low and high. Keep breathing low and high. Big athletic moves, awesome, thanks for joining us and we will see you really soon.
