Hi. Welcome to this week’s Screw the Gym video. Today, you will be learning what muscles groups are used in the lap dance position.
In this position, we are using a yoga ball which results in a greater workout because of the balance of the muscles are required. But feel free to use a chair or the end of your bed if the ball is too intense for you.
The male begins by sitting on the ball and the female mounts his lap one leg at a time. She can either hold to her man tight or lean backwards bouncing herself using her arms. This is a great abs-workout for the ladies.
The male uses his abs and legs to balance himself and his partner on the ball. He uses his arms to keep the girl upright and moaning. Hey, do not forget that you are sitting on a ball, bouncing around makes it a lot more fun. Trust us.
