Submission 101. The Flying Arm Bar. So you and your partner are in a clinch, you have trapped the biceps into your hand. What you are going to do is throw in your forward leg up cutting into his armpit basically and then you are going to flick your hips over throwing the other leg over top of the head.
In slow motion, as slow as possible we will do it. I jump, extend my hips, get the tap.
Also squeezing your legs to get as tighten as possible, so that you don't fall off and leg curve when over top of the head. So we got bicep traps, I am ready to spring, pushing the head. If I put enough pressure, Dylan will fall over and I will finish it for standard armbar position. So one more time I can revise. We are here. Got it, Flying Arm Bar.
