Hi, everyone. Today I am going to teach you how to do the Cut and Restore Newspaper Trick. This is a very easy magic trick however you will need a few things.

A pair of scissors, some baby powder, rubber cement glue, and some newspaper. What first you will do is to take your scissors and cut up this strap of paper.

Just like this, this is part approximately 10 to 12 inches long and about 1 inch in diameter, okay. Once you have your piece of paper you are going to do a little secret preparation. Place it face down just like so and you are going to take your rubber cement, okay and you do not want to put too much on which you going to take and coat the whole side of your paper with rubber cement, okay.

It is very important you do this in a well ventilated area, okay the stuff is strong. Now once you finish coating one side let it dry, I recommend taking it outside letting to get some air that will dry faster. Here is what we have so far, strip a newspaper and I have taken rubber cement and put it on one side. This side should have nothing you like put the other one, okay.

At this point, once it dries you will take your baby powder, okay and just put a little bit on here, okay it helps if it is open and put a little on here just like so and what this does is it helps reduce the shining ness of the glue. Just take it again, shake it off and what we have now is a piece of paper with our gimmick ready all ready to go, okay.

Now I am going to show you how to perform this, it is important to take the side with the glue and you always fold that together, okay so you fold it together just like so, okay so the two hands that are together have the glue holding them together and you tell someone we are just got and taken cut the paper just like so and when you open it up, okay very carefully of course.

Of course if yes, stock together just like magic that is important you do not pull this like that when you open it up because you could pull this apart. So you have to be delicate with it and you can repeat this as many times as you want double too far down to the end but you know you could cut that a few more times so I will just show you. Put them together, take your scissors, cut a little more of you could let them do this just like so and you go open it up and of course you have everything totally restored just like magic.
