Female Speaker: And we'll move to hip circles. Go ahead and circle the leg in the hip socket. Now, think of your hip like bull of batter. Your leg is dispatchless scooping around the sides reverse the circle, you want to keep the hip stack don't let them fall back and keep abs connected. Excellent job.
