Magician: All right, Kevin, what I am going to ask you to do is examine this pack. Examine it and make sure all the cards are different.
Kevin: Yes, all are different.
Magician: Show the people at home, they probably do not believe you. Here we go, all different just like that. Now, what we are going to do is take half the pack, I will ask you to shuffle it. I will take half the pack and I will shuffle it.
Again, you showed it to the audience, the cards are in no particular order and that they are all mix. What I asked you to do is tell me when I am going to stop shuffling.
Magician: Right there?
Magician: That will be you card. This card here is selected by Kevin. Show it to the audience, put it inside the pack, can you shuffle it up?
Kevin: Mix it.
Magician: All right, what I am going to do here is go through the cards. Would you give me two chances to guess the color of your card?
Magician: Okay, there is only two colors in the pack but I believe your card is black, is that correct? Was it the nine of spades?
Kevin: No. Yes it was black.
Magician: It was black but not the nine of spades, is it the nine of spades?
Magician: Can I just have you hand like that sir? Just like this, put the nine of spades in the hand. And can flip that card over and say what it your card?
Kevin: My card is five of clubs.
Magician: It was not the nine of spades, right?
Magician: Check that out. Thank you very much Kevin.
