Female: Tired of going out to find a perfect relationship? Coach Robert Silverstone suggests that you try going in instead.

Robert Silverstone: It is interesting how so many people talk about going out and finds them when in reality, it is going in, because we look forward to discover. It is already there if we are not willing to take the time to devote to finding our selves whether it is through daily meditations. Whether it is still going on or we can retreat.

Whether it is through reading some appropriate books, listening some audio books that are dealing with the decisions were we can actually start to feed the information into our selves that we might be missing or lacking. Now to mention the aspect of converting this limiting beliefs well I am know good in relationship. I am blown it.

I made a mistake and we beat our selves after this until we became hold with that owned it and then becomes so hold that we can next step into the next relationship with another whole person not to be like two people with missing pieces trying to fill each other missing pieces. The idea relationship is want two whole comes together because they are whole not because they are missing something.

So, the longer the relationship we have been it. Now, stand the reason that the longer the period times takes to recapture that wholeness and often time it is requires the help of an outside perfectional to help us achieve that wholeness and in some cases it is clinical therapy, in some cases, it is catchy or some other accounts counseling.

What I think good that we tend to do is we go talk to a friends or we talk to people as suddenly find our selves getting tie with a knots again because they got vise first and telling what we should do, and what we should do and suddenly it is valuable a lot descends and we get a self confuse. So, it is really important to just get clear to maybe choose one or two people that to counsel with.

On a regular bases and work through the first few weeks per months. So, that we achieve that wholeness it such an amazing experience when we do start to recognize and feel the you are whole. You do not feel anything missing and what happened is who you look for changes. When you think something is missing in you often times you looking for that in another. When you feel that there is nothing missing well then there is more likely to look for somebody also is nothing missing. Now, that constitutes more healthy relationship.
