Hi! I am Rob Kingsbury with the ACKC Cocoa Bar in historic Washington, DC. Today I am going to go over how to dip and decorate fresh strawberries.

In today's video I am going to be going over how to clean and pick the perfect strawberry. What types of chocolates to use and how to melt it? Different decorations, where to buy them, how to choose them and also doing a special decoration on tuxedo and wedding gown strawberries.

For today's demonstration, we need the following ingredients and tools. Strawberries, wax paper, sheet pans, some bowls, toothpicks, a colander, paper towels, coconut, Oreo cookies, and a microwave, and a variety of kid-friendly decorations like M&Ms, peanut butter chips, and chop nuts.

So little bit about my background, I am co-owner of the ACKC Cocoa Bar here in DC. We opened in December of 2007 to lines out the door. So we are thrilled for the business here in the DC area.

ACKC Cocoa Bar is a combination of chocolate heaven, cocoa cafe, coffee bar and we are also our own in-house chocolatier, well, most of the products that we make are made fresh here daily for your enjoyment.
