Male: Jack and Aileen love remodeling there home, they put in a home theater, a wet bar and a game area. They mordernize there kitchen and they even install the high tech fish tank. Now, they’ve turn there sites on the master bathroom. Aileen: The bathroom they seems to need some sort of a pop it’s not a wow bathroom it just— to me it doesn’t feel like a real master bathroom yet. Male: Jack and Aileen have already made a lot of the design decisions about the new look for the bathroom. Female: Alright so we are going to ramp this up like the rest of the home. Male: They want a new shower system in tub with the television in between. Speakers in the ceiling and the most amazing piece of bathroom gadgetry ever it’s called the neo rest system. It’s a totally automatic, hands free toilet of the future. Ryan: Look at this power, unlike toilet but you know has a power button, energy saver mode, electric sit, deodorizer. Aileen: That’s my favorite part. Ryan: You can adjust the water pressure. Aileen: Really? Male: As Jack begins scrapping the old bathroom, a contractor lays in the new tile flooring. Framing is done for the new tab and shower and for the new wall that will house the television; the TV will be mounted on the sheet of plywood built into the frame. An amplifier is mounted in the attic. Ryan: The reason is we have to get the sound out of the back of the TV and into the speaker, obviously with the TV built into the wall you are going hear the sound that mount the speaker. So we run some wires during construction, there is some wires coming out of the back at the TV that will fit in to this amplifier. The speakers connected the other and turn the TV on and the sounds hear in the speakers. Male: Right next to the amplifier Ryan mounts an RF receiver for the TV’s remote controller but this is no remote it can be customize and it’s waterproof. Ryan: It doesn’t use infrared it uses radio signals so it’s literally going to send the signal to that thing I put in to your attic and then that’s going to send the signal back to the TV. Male: Once the speakers are installed the TV is tiled into the wall. Then it’s time to connect up the digitally controlled shower. Behind the wall of this frameless glass stall this bowl controls up to eight separate shower component. Jack and Aileen are putting in fun, three water tile body sprays in the front, a handheld unit and one main shower head above. And of course a digital shower needs a digital interface. With simple buttons and a control knob this panel can be mounted inside or outside the shower stall. Aileen: One click they are setting for each of you, how do you use that? Female: You could have your own number, every gets one. Male: With personalize settings for everything from water temperature to spray patterns this shower heads can put out 21 gallons of water a minute and if that sounds a little decadent check this out, the toilet of the future. Female: Alright this luxurious bathroom also has revolutionary hygiene and I am not kidding. We thought that’s great in the box, you are not really not going to believe this. Alright so to see this open because we’ve walk in right, it knows that because there is not a lot who doesn’t know. The sit is heated, that’s actually sees 86-104 degrees. Isn’t that neat? Aileen: It’s very neat. Male: And it doesn’t stop there, the toilet is design to be completely hands free, it has an auto flush feature that removes the waste and cleans the bowl at the same time. Its tank less, remote controlled and with its warm air drying system Jack and Aileen can even go paperless. With tech features like this the flex in the family might never leave the bathroom. Female: Look you got your bathroom back and it’s a five star hotel. Jack: It’s awesome. Male: The kids think so too, with the TV in the bathroom but we better check out that waterproof remote. Male: Who needs a rubber duck when you got a floating remote control.
