How to Crochet X Shaped Borders
Okay in this one here this is again the beginning starts off as a single crochet, just going to start our string again.
So what we’re going to do now, this is single crochet so we’re going to chain up three so this counts as one so this just two and three and what we want to do is in the very next stitch we want to do a double crochet so we’re going to put in to the next stitch pull trough two and then pull through only to wand hold the rest on you needle.
And what we want to do is we want to skip one, skip one and then go into the second one so we want to double crochet again, pulling trough, pulling through two and now you got three left so you pull through all three. And now what we’re going to do is chain the three, so one two and three and we’re going to come down on the very side next one because that straggler that just kind a not really shown at that one so let’s try again. So we’re going to one two and three going into the very next stitch for a double crochets pull trough two. And then what you want to do is pull trough another two and then hold that on your needle. Wrap your material again going into the, skip one and go into the next one, pull trough two only.
And now what you want to do is pull trough all three. And now one two and three and coming down on the other side of this in the first stitch, first singe stitch. So try again, so one two three, wrap you material and go into the very next stitch, pulling it trough two and then pulling two only and then hold on your needle, warp your material around, skip one hole go into the second one there, pull trough two and now you got three left you’re going to pull trough all three and then one two and three coming down on the very other side of this.
So you get kind of like really cool effect like that too. Kind of reminds me of people holding hands.
