How to Crochet Baby Sneakers Part 1/13
Okay, in the video of this particular one and the intro, the length for this particular booty is here. I am not taking credit for this. This is just somebody else’s pattern that’s for you available online and I am just showing you how to do it. So these are for the baby booty sneakers. Sneaker booties to whatever you want to call them.
So let’s start of with our first line. Let’s move in okay down. So the first line here we go. So wrap and wrap over and over so I am doing them white and they have blue in there but I am actually do pink because I have pink wool beside my desk here. So what he is asking for us to do, I'll just follow the hook sizes and they are all there, and we are going to be chaining twelve to start. Actually, this one has some pilfers too, so I'll help you. So this is considered one, so two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven and twelve. Okay so I'm going to keep going on this video.
Sop it says now make a front chain second from the hook. So a single crochet second from the hook so this is first from the hook o one there. Okay so it’s the second one so stick in my needle in, pulling your material through and so you have two left on there because that’s the single crochet and pulling through two.
So now, it’s asking me to do second from the hook says it now chain that one single crochet into the next seven so going into the next chain so one single crochet two so this next three four five six and seven. By my calculation, you should have three stitches left so one two and three. Okay so now it says chain it two half in our chain one. I'm sorry. One half double crochet into next so we are going to wrap your material around and in the next stitch, you got to put half double crochets so you’d wrap your material pulling it through so you should have three left on your hook and I’ll pull through all through at one time.
And now, it says two half double crochets into the next chain so wrap again going into the next chain pulling through and now it say to put two in that one so we are going to warp it again and going into the same hole and pulling it through out three. And then finally it says in the last one over two is right there to see. In the last one it says put five half double crochets into that chain so wrapping around, pulling it through so that was one wrapping around pulling it through and wrapping around pulling it three.
And what I would do now, this is the third one and the third represents where they are to halfway point of this particular shoe. So what I would do is to desert, get your crochet marker or piece of material and just slip it through that tup of there. So you remember and you can physically see where the halfway point is because that’s important in your next few stitches our next few rose. So wrapping it around, we are going to go again to the stitch four and wrapping it again going in. do you see how I am keeping this straggler to loose piece in my hand are. Now, it’s saying going two half double crochets into the next so the next one is right there. Do you see that? So wrapping going in and you want to trap your straggler in the position so just put your straggler on top of the line and as you fasten everything together, the straggler will get high in the stitches and holding in the position. So we are going to put two half double crochets into that one. And then it says one half double crochet into the next one. And it says single crochet all the way down until the end so just keep going along this edge single crocheting. See at this and look for it say the gap is there. So I have probably missed one. Look a single crochet all the way down this line and on the very last you can count it but based on my experience on the very last stitch, you are going to put two single crochets into the same hole and that helps it to start what you want to do rotation around the back heel of the shoe.
Today, I am using the wrong size wool for this project to see it where. I am using a four ply skin so soft or soft burnout wool today. But why am I using that instead? Well, the shoe is just a sample so it will be pulled apart after the video is done and also the fact that this is at. I like the way that doesn’t tear your looks.
Okay, so we are on our very last stitch so what we ant to do is put two single crochet stitches into the same hole. And now it says the slip stitch so what you got to do is just do and just put it into where this next rotation where we came around to start. We just put it into there anywhere into there pulling it through that material and through that loop and that just slip stitch which that is what your shoe should look like at this point.
