How to Crochet a Hunnie Pot Hat for Newborns Part 3/11
Okay now, in this particular round that we’re going to do, we’re going to do a one to one ratio so we’re just going to grab your material going into the first one. so, let’s do a half double crochet. And into the next one we’re going to put two.
So, the next one— one, and then out another one into that same stitch because we still want to grow this hat. So, this is what’s creating the circumference. So, the next one gets one and then the next one gets two, one and two.
Okay. The next one gets one and the next one gets two. The next one gets one and the next one gets two. Okay. And the next one gets one, and the next one gets two. The next one gets one and the next one gets two. So, I call this the one to one ratio. So, one gets one and the other one gets two.
It is really helpful if you're following along on my pattern that are provided to on Mikey’sMail.com that you kind of the list and as you go through it especially when you're doing these ratios.
And if you’ve done this right, what’s going to happen is that when you finished up the ratio where you put in the double end or whatever when you're finishing off where the crochet marker is it should actually be that is the final one of the set.
And as I get closer, I'll be able to explain that to you and if you didn’t, then I wouldn’t sweat it, just fake it. Okay. So then we’ve just gone all the way around and we’re going to put that crochet marker that flew out. We’re going to put that back in so I know where it is and that is your one to one ratio and let’s go into our next video. So, that’s what we got so far.
