How to Crochet a Blanket Part 2/3
So you want to address at some time and again you want to do and we’ll get through this. So now you have all of the colors at this point is that you're now going to have two left over to start a chain and you're going to have now the new gray. So let’s start again to look on that and this outline is going to be identical to what you're doing all across another one. so I'm just going to put this all up as they put this all in one of the chain and what I want to do is I want to chain one and I really want to chain it until the actual gray has actually come through it.
And so now we want to actually go to that same stitch so I'm going to do that. So what I decided to do now is that right here this blue is long enough so I'm just going to let them fall behind. So that’s one, and then that’s the next one there. So basically the stitch is on top of the post. So this is the shell in between the other shells that are underneath. And so just pull that out. And then we’re going to catch it and then we’re going to choose the color back to blue and I'm also because we've been working with this so easily and we've been feeding that in, we can safely cut it as we go.
So now to do that it cleans it up. This can make it look quite a mess. So let’s turn on the channel and put our next color. So right here I got my blue, I need to go back on and I'm just going to out it on. So now I want to turn the white off and again so we have the blue stripe here about the same length I just want to turn those the same.
And now I have my stragglers I have the new blue. So again, this is exactly the same like what we did in the gray. This is a single crochet line. So chain up one and go in to the same stitch so scoop underneath the stragglers. So you have two stragglers the blue and the white in this case going into the same stitch that we put the chain in.
So this side -- you don’t have to calculate and we just have the single crochet all the way across putting your straggler on top of the line. They can outgo. And you know the crochet are tiny knots anyway. They shouldn’t follow but if you don’t have enough you’ll cut it at the end. So let’s now begin to single crochet everybody all the way to the end. We’ll catch back up and we’re going to change the color back to gray.
