This dish is extremely healthy it is summon in vegetables. So the first thing we need to do is slice and dice up our vegetables. Put it in the same bowl because guess what it’s all going into the same place in that pot. Well pull off the leaves if this time that’s when they add in some cappers and red wine vinegar. And well going to take all of these ingredients and throw him in this pot. Put a cover on in, let it cook for about eight to 10 minutes.
Were about two to three minutes out before our vegetables are done cooking and we built the salmon in there but we also going to serve this dish with potatoes. So were going to ahead and pour them and its boiling water in a pot were going to throw them in there with the top on.
Next were going to add our salmon right to those vegetables make sure were going to put the vegetables on top. Put the cap on that and then about 10 minutes all of these are going to be really flash. We are just about done. Were going to go ahead and plate this up. Season the whole thing with black pepper and you know I’m going to try some. Wow this looks and smells amazing and from the time it took to cut those vegetables and cook. It took maybe 30 minutes. You are absolutely going to love this.
