Hey YouTube, iPod Touch 3G Geek here and I’ve been getting a few comments asking me how you convert audio.

Now, to convert audio, all you need to do is go in to the video description to your right and download this file. I’ll have a link for any description. Inside the Zip folder, it should say, “Free audio converter” and it’s in application type. Now, you can go ahead and exit it. Right click it and select Extract All. Select where you want to extract it and select Extract. And just let it do its thing. And when it’s done, it should pop-up. So you can go ahead and now delete this Zip folder and then you just open up the Free Audio Converter application and should give you a set up window. So you’re going to select Yes on this and the set up window should come up. So go ahead and click Next, Next and Install.

This is a very easy application to use. It’s a 100% free and one of the best I’ve ever used. So once it’s done, click Finish. And now it should give you this, DVDVideoSoft free studio. All right. You go ahead and delete this icon of you want. And then it will give you when you open at this time, it will give you a list of 20 different applications. It’s a huge variety. They have disc burning software, audio converters, and video converters. You can download stuff from YouTube on to your computer and everything all right? Now, if you want to ever download one of them, just click it and it will bring up a web browser that you’re using. It’ll bring it up and then all you do is Select Download now and then it’ll download it for you. But for this, it’s about audio converting.

So you should now automatically have free audio converter installed. So it will be darker than all the others. So you can go ahead and select it and you’ll get this. You can go ahead and exit out free studio manager now. And now, it’s extremely easy to use. All you need to do is take thee song or songs you want to convert. You drag them in here. You don’t even need to drag. Actually you can select Browse and it will give you, you just look for whatever album or songs that you want to convert. You can also drag them or add in and it will give you how long the song is and the location.

Now, after you do that, you’ll see formats down here. Now this is what you can convert it to all right? So, this is already an MP3 so let’s say I want to convert it to WAV I guess. Just go ahead and select it and then select where you want it to save it once it’s done converting. So I want to save to my desktop. So, just scroll up, select Desktop and OK and you’ll see the location. Now all you do is press covert and it will convert it for you. And when it’s done you’ll see a “conversion was completed successfully”. You can go ahead and close that and close this.

Now you see I have my original MP3 file and now a WAV file. So let’s go ahead and open it just to show you that it does work. Okay, so there you go. That’s an extremely easy way of how you can convert audio files.

Now, also remember you can convert video files, you can download YouTube videos to save them on to your computer, you could download YouTube videos to save them as a iPod or PSP format so you can put them on your iPod or PSP. Let’s see. What are some other good ones? They have a video to JPEG converter. They have a disc burner, audio CD burner, video to MP3 converter and they also have a YouTube to iPhone converter. So, if you want to download a YouTube video and how it’s saved in the correct format, you can put on your iPhone. They also have that.
