Female Speaker: What do I do if I'm already active, but I'm getting bored?
Sarah Alligood: If you're getting bored with your physical activity there is a lot of things you can do to change it up a little bit. Make it a little bit more fun. One example would be to include a friend with your workout.
If you usually do it by yourself ask your friend to come with you have someone to talk to and may be even do something like sports, so that you just feel like you're having a good time. You could change of the time of the day when you workout.
You could do it in the after noon if you are usually doing at in the morning may be including music. That might be able to help. Also it's important to keep in mind that even though you might not be getting bored your body might be getting bored.
And it's important to give your body a challenge. So, if you're used to running on the treadmill and you usually do the same pace with the same interval every day switch off a little bit and give your body a challenge. That way you will never get bored with your routine.
