Cynthia Sass: Hi! I’m Cynthia Sass, Preventions Grocery Guru. How do you heard about flax oil of being healthy? And let me tell you why it’s so good for you. Flax oil is the best plant source of Omega-3 fatty acids, those of the healthy fats that are considered essential that help reduce inflammation in the body and inflammation is kind of piece that trigger for a lot of different chronic diseases. So, getting enough Omega-3 in your diets is really important, as a couple of things you can do with flax oil that are really simple. One is you can drizzling on the plate, put some fresh herbs on top and dip some grain and grab into it. Another is putting in a smoothie whether it be for breakfast or in afternoon treat or dessert. Just put in about two teaspoons and adds a really nutty flavor in a rich textures cheers moody.
