Sue: The ears, we want to remove any dead hair that’s in there. Any hair that is left in there can collect a grease and so open ear infection. And to wipe the ear out, I do actually use baby wipes, but you’ve got a clean rhythm and moisturizer and the a sterile, just wipe one around your finger, and then just very gently wipes the inside of the ear out.
Female: Another good example of the ear care is also provided by Sue, this time on a Bichon.
Sue: Some people actually find the best if we use an ear powder. If you just put a little bit of powder into your fingers, and then it does help you to get hold of the hove very much easier as it kind like slightly greasy but they will not go down into the ear too much.
