Now these are young teeth so they are in very good condition but as soon as a puppy has lost the milk teeth and you should not really start feeding dogs teeth until they have lost their milk teeth. The veterinary profession says you should clean the dog’s teeth everyday. If you allow dog’s teeth to become thick with tartar, you are going to have all kinds of other problems not just about mouth and having to have teeth removed. You’re going to end up with things like a hard condition caused through back teeth.
So just for the sake of brushing and I find our dogs love this toothpaste and if you happened to leave a dog on the table and going out to the telephone and you leave the toothpaste on the table when you come back you find that chewed up through and no toothpaste because someone has eaten it.
So just clean them very, very gently. No hard rubbing and you needn’t clean the back of the teeth because the toothpaste will do that job for you. You don’t have to worry. If I do the teeth twice a week, I feel quite happy about that. You make sure that you feed them solid kinds of foods not all the sloppy soft food which is the fastest way to become a bad mouth.
