Hey there, this time just want to show you guys some things you can do to tweak your ankle text, so basically your I text or the text that usually comes with your icons on your desktop. If your icons contain to be back on or the black background on my case and you want this part to be transparent, all you have to do is go to start, go to control panel, okay and then go to performance and maintenance. Go to system, this window should pop up then you go to advanced, so under performance you go to settings and then select the custom option. Scroll down to use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop, put a check on that and hit apply.

Okay and this should be transparent or simply your text should float on your wallpaper like so. Now if you want to change the fonts now or the font size of your ad On’s, just right click anywhere on your desktop, go to permanent keys. Okay, go to appearance, go to advance, now you select your item so in this case icon. So you can change the font, I’m going to choose raise and then you can change the size if you want to make it bold or make it Italized, and if you’re satisfied with your settings just click okay and then apply. So wait, wait for it and the text should be different, so do this in another way of tweaking your icon text.

Okay, last and finally but not the least is changing the color of your icon text, so you cannot do that using the previous method I had shown earlier because you need a third party software to do it. So this is the one, it’s a freeware program, I’ll just put the link in the description, you wont be able to do that without a third party software because windows, they had set the color of your icon text. Well basically if you’re background is dark it will automatically set your icon text to white and vice versa, so with trans text which is a freeware program. You’ll be able to change the color of your text icon or your icon text to just quickly show you. The activated as you can see I already set a color, just going to show you how to change the settings, so go to your system tray icon, right click all the settings then change your back ground color if you want to.

Lets say I want to use pink and the text color would be yellow. Okay, so hit okay if you’re satisfied and as you can see on the background didn’t change yet, so I’m just going to close it and there’s our pink background. So to make this work you have to deactivate the use drop shadow that we had checked earlier. The first method I had shown to make sure that’s unchecked to be able to use trans text, so to make it transparent, a little transparent, change your text clothes to green, hit okay and there you go.

That’s how you can quickly change your icon text color for text icon color whatever you want to call it easily with trans text.
