Today I’m going to show you how to change your password in Windows Vista. To get started, click on the start menu and then click under user icon at the top. When the user account control panel appears, click on the first option, change your password. Now enter the password you currently use in the first box and then the second and third box just type your new password.
If you want, you can enter a password hint to help you remember your password later on, but remember that anybody who uses your computer will be able to see your password hint, so it should be something that you’re sure is only meaningful to you. When you’re done, click on change password and that’s all there is to changing your password in Windows Vista.
