Side to Side Torso Technique
To begin put your feet parallel and rise your arms at he height of the Torso. Let us swing the Torso from right to left trying to keep the shoulders at the same level. Identify where your ribs are located. Use your ribs to make this movement from side to side. You can press on each rib with the help of your oblique muscles. Use your muscles and your ribs to exaggerate the movement.
Now, we are going to increase the speed of the movement. Very good!
