Female Speaker: Like friends give you all the support and -- neighbor even that we're not close to -- of distance. When we need one and other, we are able to, they just know. You can pick up phone and say, Dub I don't have any food, can I eat at your house? Which is what happen yesterday likely.

Female Speaker: Yeah, that's happen too, like when I am not able to come over debs over here, Dannie sends me over food.

Female Speaker: Well, as we said before in our interview, it takes a village, I wished to say same thing.

Female Speaker: Without our family is close, we have to create our own village and I think, you know it takes time just two and a half when I just found the guy 8 months ago, but I think we found our village and it is -- I have done that before when my husband has been not. He travels a lot and I have called the opposite, I am coming over for delivery. I just, you know and so you just. Yeah, it is important.

Female Speaker: Now, what about may be people, who don't have family or friends close to them, what tips can you offer for them to kind of health balance?

Female Speaker: There are so many online moms' groups.

Female Speaker: That was a first step for us.

Female Speaker: You can find them, there are, I mean of course I love all, I think ours is the best but there is other ones that may be have a higher concentration of people in a certain area, go out there, joint the boards, find a place where you feel comfortable and then start meeting them, start meeting them in real life.

Female Speaker: Because eight months ago, we don't know one another, we really just met online. We got to know one and another online and then we met and clicked and now it's try to believe that has been 8 months.

Female Speaker: Yeah, no longer they don't spend year for you online.

Female Speaker: True. Online test, yeah.

Female Speaker: And we were there and this little one was born and just incredible.

Female Speaker: But yeah it support. And if you don't have support, then you can't to go and get support whether it's support for Moms, who moms in breast feeding, we talked about that; last time that you need to set a -- support network. For whatever aspect your life is going through you need that support.

Female Speaker: Exactly.

Female Speaker: Other woman who are in a same situation. Whether it is single moms, working moms, stay at home moms. Everyone needs to have someone making rely on. Even if it is just through the internet or a phone call.

Female Speaker: Exactly.

Female Speaker: Now, do you have any tips from moms may be one get into kindly you are doing, working at home, been a mom -- how can they get started?

Female Speaker: It's been a journey for me. It was an something that just. Oh! Office had a - what I'm can do? Like for me I have to go through whole bed likely the migraine and then getting into a fun like this. I believe that when moms are first time moms. You get into this identity crisis because I expected to be same person. I was before, I was before and some moms they can go back to their -- so I have to find out and learn first. What is that I had in my pocket that I could apply somewhere else?

Female Speaker: What I have to do is sit back and think about what I'm wanted to do and for me the number one thing is to be at home, so I have to figure out something that I could do from home and the other thing that was get of the computer. So it's started from there, what I did was I actually started finding other moms groups. I join moms groups and I was thinking there must be a way to be able to create something like this a network support group and somehow turn into business. It was an business at first of all, just really a support group and the reason, why turn into business was when I got this idea of somehow creating or shopping so which we have for the number third that will have things that I abuses things I had love to give to my daughter available to other moms because we also believe in organic products and local products, ethical products and that's what it more of denture. So mom to mom to -- offers ethical and eco-friendly holiday trips so and it spends it so well.

Female Speaker: That's great.

Female Speaker: I think number one just find, what it is that you can do and something that you love to do.

Female Speaker: Get a help there.
