Hey in this tutorial I’m going to teach you how to back up your Wiki space. Backing up your Wiki Space is going to be really important for you to do specially as more and more of your users. Start adding the pages and lots of information and content within those pages all at valuable information can be lost sometimes, just by accident and so periodically it’s good to back up your Wiki Space. So how do we do that?

We’ll first going to go to manage Wiki on my Wiki Space it says manage space I’m going to go and click on that and then we’re going to scroll down all the way to exports. And you’re going to go ahead and just click on Export Wiki and that’s it. Now it says your export is not ready to download yet, this page will check for it automatically so we can leave this page and we can know that we should be receiving a message right here within our Wiki Spaces Inbox. When the Export has completed and then we can just click on it and it will actually download to our computer and we can save it to whatever folder we need for future reference.
