How to Apply Mineral Makeup
Veronica: Mineral make-up provides sun protection and a healthy looking glow that last all day. Hi I'm Veronica with watchmojo.com and today we're learning how to apply these products for an everyday perfect look.
Sylvie Buldoc: So what I will be doing today is a day look. It’s something that you can do basically for everyday for the office or even to go out.
So what I'm going to start with is a good concealer to have a flawless finish.
This is the anti-aging and mineral mystic. I'm just going to apply a little bit over the eye area. It’s in the front of the click pans so would you need to work a bit here.
So we’ll create a nice base so that way your eye shadow will stay longer.
The next step is the lose mineral. You just want to pour a little bit in your caps so you don’t have too much, because you’re going to be layering, so you don’t want to be applying too much at one time. You can build the coverage. Because it’s a lose mineral, you will get a lighter-shearer finish; and it’s very finely melt, so it’s like velvet.
And as far as the little bit of brightness that we all have, there is one color corrector that we can use which is called the perché. And the pitch tone in it will just camouflage any redness that you have. And you can apply it with the concealer brush.
So the next step is the eye shadow. This one here is called Cameo, it’s a light cream with a little hint of gold in it. So you can apply it three quarters of your lint.
And then we will move on to a darker shade that which we will be applying in the crease. So today we will be going with the chocolate brown. It has a hint of gold in it as well. So I'm going to be using a brush that’s an angled brush so it’s easier to work in the crease.
We’re just going to do a liner with the chocolate that we’ve already used. We’re going to be using it wet so that the color is stronger and we will be doing a liner.
So our next step is going to be applying the blush.
Next step is going to be applying a little bit of Moore light—it’s a highlighter. We will just be using it on the cheek bone and it also can be used on the lips, just a little bit.
So our next step is going to be applying a nice gloss. It’s a very light shear gloss. So we’re just going to go on top of the Moore light that we have.
So our next step is going to be the mascara. So we’re going to go with a dark black.
So this is a quick and healthy way of achieving a beautiful glowing make-up that will benefit your skin. So it’s quick, healthy and easy.
