Hey YouTube iPod Touch 2G geek here. And in this video, I’m going to show you how you can put all of your applications in categories like I have. I've got a computer category, control panel, applications and then games.

So to get this, your iPhone or iPod Touch will need to jail broken. And what I want you to do is open up Sydia. Once Sydia is loaded go into manage and sources. If you don’t already have this source, you are going to need to add it. It is Big Boss implanted iPhones. It’s APT.bigboss.us.com/repofiles/Sydia. All right, I’ll put that in the video description to the right, so if you don’t already have that, you’re going to need to add that in. And once you add it in, go into search and then just search for an application called the categories

And you should get this. Now, what you can do is go ahead and select it and you are going to select install up here and then confirm. Once you do that, you can also go into search and you can go ahead and search for categories again. And now you should get some icon packs for categories which mean you can have more ways at the photo. For example, there’s a Mac categories. And these will all be by Big Boss and Planet iPhones so you don’t need to add another source after this. And it just says I have 200 max style categories or category icons as an add-on pack for categories.app

And once your download this all it will do will I don’t know why the screen shots are not coming up. But I guess that might be the screen shot on the iPhone. But to get the ones I have, you’re going to need to go down to these and install these categories. Okay now, once go get that you should have an icon on your spring board called the categories okay. It will look like this a little folder. Or actually it won’t look like this. To be honest or not really sure what it will look like this is only because of my theme but it should say categories so you can go ahead and open it.

And now, this is where you can add a category if you want to add one just select add and you could add the name and then you can select add then it should pop up the category you just added it should pop up somewhere over here. And when you add it and you want to put theme or you want to put application into it you just go ahead and select it. You select add in the upper right hand corner. And this will give you all of your applications that are not and in categories already.

So you can also add folders into folders like you can also add like little sub folders if you want. You might you probably don’t want to do that cause it will probably take too long. But say I want to put free memory. Say I want to put on that folder, I just select it and then you are going to select re-spring right here. Alright

And then once your iPhone or iPod touch re-springs you can now go into the categories. So I added it into the computer I think. So you're going to open it. You're going to see a folder here, it says loading. And yup you see free memory right there and it will give you all of your applications that you have in that folder. So you just select it like normal and it will open it. That’s all you need to do. It a very good application if you want to make your iPhone or iPod touch kind of look like this I guess or if you want to clean it up to just one page but you still have, you know, like 80 or 90 applications cause I know I have about 90 applications and I don’t want all of them on my spring board. However, there is one flaw that they haven't been able to fix. And that is at for some reason the, whatever this is called motochaser or motoraiser something like that. That game it doesn’t recognize it for some reasons. So you won’t be able to add it into any categories. So, that’s really the only bad thing. Other than that though it’s a great, great application I highly recommend it.
