I think you are fine, here say the whole idea with changing coolant is to get rid of any kind of minerals that are going to degraded any of the components like blocks in your loop and that's what I would recommend to change it, every six months so I would follow the instructions and do it every six months if you can but I wouldn't worry too much, that you later go six months yes remember from now on to do it every six months.
