Jennifer: Okay and today’s one minute Q and A. Boy, boy, more tough love situations.

Here’s the question, “Why is it sometimes so hard not to love your ex-girlfriend or boyfriend eventhough they were cold and left you? Your brain said, “I shouldn’t think of her but my heart says differently.”

Okay, here’s the deal, let’s get play that over and over and over and over okay. When you meet someone, you have a certain expectations at them. You expect them to complete you, they are trying so hard to please you. And you have this vision in your head at what the perfect relationship should be. And when that person does not live up to your expectations, you get angry, you get mad, and often times you leave. The relationship dissolves. And it sounds like that’s what happened to you.

Dan: Yeah! Absolutely! But you know what, always got to have hope, always. You know what, you take the experience and you learn from it and you go for it. So, you’ll absolutely find somebody else that’s right for you in the future. And you know what, just use this past relationship to learn what you do and don’t want. I mean, it’s like there are so many things in life.
