Jeanette Pavini shares how keeping track of those receipts and your bills can actually help keep your budgets in check it’s all in today’s better ways to save.

Jeanette Pavini: So snobby shoppers know it’s not enough to assume you're saving money. you need to follow through and read receipts and bills to make sure you're getting the discount and awards you deserve and that you're not being charged extra fees.
