So it’s grilling season and instead of going to the supermarket and buying prepackage spice rubs most of the stuff should be in your cupboard anyways so why not mix your own. So today we’re going to do a Hot and Spicy Rub. It’s really simple. It’s just throwing stuff into a sealable container and giving it a shake. So here we go, paprika, chili powder, ground black pepper, salt, ground coriander and I've got all of this written here because I’d never remember them.
White sugar, dried basil, thyme, we've got curry powder and all of the amounts are on the website. There is a downloadable PDF recipe card. We’ve got dry hot mustard, cayenne, cumin and garlic powder. Put the lid on, give it a shake, so you can keep that in your pantry for about three months but the first time you make it, cut down on your amounts, taste it out, test it, see what you like and what you don’t like and then arrange the amounts to what suits your taste and make it your own. Thanks for stopping by. I hope to see you again soon.
