Niki: Hi everyone welcome back it’s Niki again. Now today you know sometimes you get those few little leftovers that are really annoying well we had some chicken leftover okay so what I did was I sat there just for a few minutes. I actually took the meat off the chicken. Why waste it, use it. SO I just shredded the chicken and you can see I popped that in a bowl and we had some really nice broccolini.
Now broccolini is actually really, really beautiful. I just love it because it comes on the single stalks like that and you buy it in little bunches so I thought we might use that today as well as some red capsicum and make a bit of a stir fry and today we also have to using a bit of a soy sauce and some honey so I’m going over the wok now and we’re going to prepare our.
Alright here we go hot wok, dry walk and we’re popping in the broccolini and I’m just going to spread it out to the sides and make it really well in the middle. Alright I’ll put a little bit of water and put that in the center, right and on under the lid for a couple of minutes and we’ll be back.
Alright here’s our brocolini and it’s so we’re going to put it in a bowl. Let’s see the beautiful bright broccolini, fantastic right now prepare the hot wok a little bit of olive oil and in shredded chicken okay.
Con: What are you doing?
Niki: We’re just drowning the chicken a little bit and currying it up and get our olive oil.
Con: It’s totally cooked.
Niki: It’s totally cooked, yeah.
Con: Okay so what gets down?
Niki: We’re going to add ingredients the honey and the soy sauce as even more intense flavor.
Excellent, okay we got our soy sauce now and we’re just going to add that onto our chicken and work it in. The honey.
Alright in our broccolini. The aroma is gorgeous absolutely gorgeous. We’re going to add a little bit of our red capsicum and let’s get that on the wok. Okay lovely and then goes our lid. Here ladies and gentlemen our beautiful honey soy chicken with broccoli and read pepper. Okay so I’m going to serve some up on a plate for you. There we go.
Con: Well that looks good.
Niki: That looks good doesn’t it? Now if you got leftover meat or chicken guess what you can use any of your stir fires.
