This speed drill is called high knees and we are working on running mechanics again. What you want to really think about is good posture, driving your knees arms up and then as you take it up, they work together. Okay, I am going to try it again. I am going to show you all the way through and you are really driving up.
Arms in great angle, good thing! You guys ready? Drive those knees up, power through, good! Think about that posture, make and see how this drill is going to really improve your running performance. Think about that technique, knees up, nice enough.
