Is breakfast really the most important meal of the day?
Yes, everybody should be starting their day with the big breakfast bang. Research shows that most people think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But less than half of us are actually eating it every day. Studies have also shown that breakfast can do a lot to help us to achieve the healthy body weight to keep an increase our mental focus and can also help us meet a lot of our nutrition recommendations right off right that they get go. So I would say yes, let's eat breakfast everyday get our metabolism pumping and get our energy wrapped up with this morning meal.
