What if I don't have time for lunch?
I can't imagine that any one would not have time to eat. But at the office you may not have time to eat a scheduled lunch. This is we are planning ahead comes in really handy. First if you have a refrigerator in your hand, this is perfect. Okay couple of things what you could do if you have a refrigerator on hand it's almost you do some mini grocery shopping may be some time over the week end and bring in some lunches for the week. A couple of things to think about, one you can always bring in some you know nice daily meats as well as some cheeses low fat contents and consider a lot of different kinds of bread or carbohydrate options like whole grain bread, tertius even some crackers. So the idea that you have pretty much a sandwich or cheesing crackers on hand at any time this fits in well if you don't think that you are always going to have time to go out and grab something for lunch.
Other ideas if you have a freezer on hand, frozen meals nice portion control just keep in mind that many of those are lower calorie and you may end up wanted to plan for a snack later on the afternoon. What if you don't have a refrigerator on hand you can always consider bringing in some items that have a little bit longer shelf life which is actually good think in this case. Crackers, whole grain crackers and peanut butter perfect to keep in the desk and you can even forget about it at the end of the work week it'll still be there waiting for you the next week if you need break fast in a bench.
