We communicate science based information about nutrition and safety. Today, we're going to talk about how to eat right and feel great. Some of the topics will cover will be healthy by the weight, physical activity, also certain dietary components like dietary fats and carbohydrates. When you're eating right what you should eat as just more important, if not important than what you shouldn't eat.
So, just a little note about safety I begin. It's always a great diet to consult with your health professional before starting a new eating plan or a new exercise plan. Also, I would like to give you a little bit information about myself. I'm from North Carolina. I received my Bachelor of Science of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I also received a Master of Public Health also from the University at North Carolina and I'm also a registered dietician and I specialize in nutrition communications. So, let's get to it.
