Halo Movie Will Happen - IGN Daily Fix: 11.23.2010

Daemon Hatfield: What’s up everybody Daemon here with your fix for Tuesday
November 23rd. Halo movie has been in and out of production for what
feels like 4 million years but take heart Halo fans, Halo grand master
Frank O’Connor claims the game will come to a silver screen. He just has
no clue when it will happen.

Speaking with the New York video game critic circle O’Connor said a
movie would expand the Halo audience and that even moms of gamers
would love the characters. Really? O’Connor also stated that he loved to
see Halo as a big budget TV series in vain Band of Brothers or Rome. I’m
sure many of you gamers out there would love to see that too Frank.

And Euro Gamer Denmark the most trusted source of Daemon’s gaming
news is reporting that Bethesda is currently developing elder scrolls 5. A
direct continuation of the 2006 hit oblivion, using our broken Danish skills
also known as Google translates. The article mentioned phrases such as
the blades and dragon Lord so a Dragon Lord with Blades confirmed. Of
course, these are all rumors for now but we’ll make a lot of fans happy if
this turns out to be true.

It has been almost 5 years since the last elder scrolls. Speaking of 5 year
anniversaries the XBOX 360 launched 5 years ago, yesterday on
November 22nd. Yeah I know this is a bleated birthday wish but we were
too busy celebrating them. Anyways the 360 ushered in the current
generation of gaming and is now outsold the Wii and Playstation 3 for the
5th month in a row. Microsoft’s console has given us many great games
and many, many red rings of death but we can’t say I’m mad at you
XBOX.

And finally, it maybe hard to believe but Gran Turismo 5 is actually
