year he dons a Grinch outfit and offers onions to school zone speeders in lieu of tickets. He claims that nine out of ten drivers choose the onion over the ticket. BUT WHO IS THAT TENTH WEIRDO?!?!?! Seriously though, I wouldn't touch a speeding ticket with a thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole! Tickets stink, stank, stunk. And onions can be cool, sometimes.
