Hi, I am Bob Kiebler, Chef at Morton's Steakhouse. We know a little bit about grilling. I’ve been cooking professionally for over 30 years now. Morton's Steakhouse is one of the premiere steakhouses in the world. We have over 73 locations worldwide. Now today, what we’re going to do is I’m going to be showing you how to grill steak, I’m going to show you how to grill a chicken, I’m going to show you how to grill pork or pork spareribs. We’re going to be grilling different types of seafood, fish, as well as shellfish and shrimp and scallops. Also, we’re going to be grilling different types of vegetables, as well as fruits that we can eat for dessert. We’re also going to be showing you how to pair wines with the meals that you select. Basically, all you need to get started is a grill, gas or charcoal, you need your utensils, tongs, seasoning salt, and you need the food that you want to grill. So, I’ll tell you what, let's get started on the grill.
