Grilled Fruit Salad
Female: Hi there as you can see my girl Natina is here we are ready to grill. All I am doing right now is get the pineapple slices down that she brushed up with some oil for me. And she is hooking at the plum as well what are you doing with that girl?
Hook up the grill with those plums, now do you usually do fruit on the grill?
Natina: No.
Female: Well, first time for everything welcome to my spot. She is going to flip them over and get some nice grill marks on them. Alright it looks it is time to flip our fruit really quick. What I am going to do is make a really good dressing to go on top of our grilled fruit right there. Our pineapple and our plums, this is Greek yogurt, it is a little bit tighter than normal yogurt. I love it, it is thick, it is creamy and it is perfect for this recipe. And then on top, just a little bit of honey for some sweetness and then remember we have the toasted pine nuts there.
Thanks Natina for my mint.
Natina: You are welcome.
Female: We are going to drizzle those over the top when we give ourselves a nice little serving of our grilled fruit. Alright, look how simple this is and it is so tasty we got to give this a go all kinds of fruit on the grill. So see Natina now when you go to grill your fruit, you already know what to do to it.
