Now the very top blink laired fill it with black. Then go to the filter menu and then to render to lens flare. Now change the blending mode of the slier to screen. If you can adjust, the lens flare to the sun so it looks like the sun is casting the lens flare.
Now we are going to copy and paste a copy of the final merged image on the very top and then you can do this by going to the edit menu and click select all and then go back again click copy merged and then past it. Paste this layer on the very top.
Now I am going to blur this top layer and then added mask again. Paint all the important parts of the layer so that only the background and any of the unimportant elements are blurred.
You can also add some blink layer and then start painting them some glowing light and fought set them with.
