Then all of the different areas of your body that you're gonna use during the golf swing.
If you arrive on the first tee stiff and tight and fast, not only is it going to be no good for your golf scores, but that's where injuries can occur.
It's a long-haul walk around the golf course. It's 8 kilometers around there. It could be in hot temperatures. So, hydration is incredibly important. You know, you need to be able to really keep those fluid levels up.
So, in our program we've talked about how to get more optimization from your golf game. We want those first six holes to be really as good as the rest of the golf course.
We also have a huge amount of health benefits for the heart. It's a long walk. You're moving all the time.
