Go Cycling Across Corsica

Female: To reach the rugged West coast of Corsica, we have to cross the imposing range that divides the island. The road winds it way through olive groves and pine forest pass alpine lakes and waterfalls and truistic villages.

The scenic mountain landscape hides an extensive network of hiking trails and it is a haven for cyclist.

Male: The island is only a 100 miles long but you could spend much traversing its narrow back roads in a bicycle. You will no shortage of the adventure enthusiast to share the road way.

Male: I go one place, the best for me but this for me because many spas.

Female: It’s a difficult to bicycle.

Male: Whether you are criss crossing all of Europe or just spending your vacation exploring the island. Cycling offers many rewards than other travellers miss.

Female: Our serpentine journey ended in the village of Porto, nestled between steep cliffs. This 12th Century fishing village is the launching point for a stunning excursion.

Female: And at night when the sun comes and all the rocks pink and make sort of violet is absolutely one of the most beautiful places I have ever saw on my life.

Male: A short boat ride from Porto takes you into the skin Dola Natural Reserve or fall like out droppings were formed by a volcanic eruption 250 million years ago.

The diverse terrain of the Reserve protects 450 rare plant and animal species both under the sea and above.

Female: There are no roads or even foot paths into Scandola, so the only way to explore is by sea. If you don’t have your own boat, a three hour tour takes passengers to the quaint fishing village of Giralata, protected by a 16th Century fortress and a long spectacular Scandola coast line.
