It’s all too easy to dent a table. The trick is, how do you get the dent out? Check this out. All you have to do is strip the surface of the table off with some sandpaper and stripper. Next step is to get a rag and go ahead and wet it with some water. Put that wet rag right over the dent; hot iron. Tip of the iron goes right into the divot. You’re creating steam as you hit the iron to the rag.

Just a few moments later, the divot will rise to the surface. All you have to do is apply a coat of stain and then the finish of your choice, either clear coat or matte finish. You’ve got yourself a brand new tabletop.
