I think timing for entertaining is kind of key and that really is what makes you breaks peoples at the parties because a frass of host is not someone that you want to be with or you want to be. So, organization is the key. I am just a huge proponent of organization in my life. If I had to be in, it really does not work.

So, if you’re going to have a big dinner party the night before I would set the table, I would definitely have figured out what you could make that day or days before hand. You should have you know the wines chilling and anything that you can make a day have. May the have sauces, breads, cakes that kind of thing. And then that morning the morning of the party I would just finish what whatever is that you need to do in terms of baking and cooking and roasting.

And you know grilling is a great way to entertain. In fact, that is a very kind of casual relax way to entertain. It is delicious, people love it and it is a way that is very social men love to grill, in fact every man I mean always tells him “what a fantastic grill he is”, “what a great pit master he is” and so they getting well kick out of it and so that is another great thing to do when you are entertaining is to have grill foods in kind make the party around, the barbeque.
