So I am here harvesting in my garden and I am building quite of basket of harvestable vegetable right now this a little Korea Gamba Eggplants and it is actually unique eggplant. Check it out it got, it is all green and this is what ripe it is ripe when it is like this. So I am finishing harvesting the rest of my eggplants. I am so excited there is actually a huge eggplant right here and I hope you can see it, come over here check this out is it huge. I cannot wait to make something out of this. I have a bunch of basil in here to I am not definitely not going to allow the rabbits or chicken to get that. That is good stuff. Now, these sunflowers are pretty much done I do actually have a couple of sunflowers here and they are so pretty in a bouquet so I am just going to cut the ones that I can save and see if my daughter wants to use them in a little bouquet. Well, up front here I have a bunch of marigolds. It is fully edible flower by chickens and they actually really like it to it to so I am going to leave it to all in here intact I am just going to cut a couple of little flowers for my dinner table. I got here my cucumbers now I must pay homage to this cucumber vines. They were really, really good to me this year. Basically imagine you know a 100 cucumbers this thick and as I find some I am just going to pull the vine down to. This is getting really sad actually I planted this bed in April and it is mid August. These are my Tiffen Menonite Heirloom Tomato plants and they actually surprise me this year. They are giving me yellow tomatoes. This is such a surprise it is such a trill check them out. They are yellow so this is the second bed that I planted this year this early spring and in April and its got a lot of amazing large red tomatoes. Now let me cut this. Now this is a red heirloom tomatoes let us spread out the complete harvest here on the table. Does not that look amazing? I got a variety heirloom tomatoes, some eggplants, some cucumbers and I cannot just wait to start making sauces and salads there all. I pick this in one day and I can pick this again tomorrow and again and again during the growing season.
