Veronica Delfino: Designer, Patrick Robinson as in elegance sophistication to the gap. Hi I’m Veronica with watchmojo.com and today we’re taking a look at the premium pant collection. So, Patrick Robinson has reworked the classic cuts. What changes were made?

Tara Wickwire: So, this is our new pant collection for fall so what we’ve done is we’ve taken a lot of these jean fits that people really love and we’ve translated those into a more elevated pants and more refined fabrics. So, people have something truly for every occasion.

Veronica Delfino: So do you think you can take us for a closer look at these different cuts?

Tara Wickwire: Yes, I love to take you to the collections. Let’s take a look.

Veronica Delfino: Let’s go.

Tara Wickwire: So this is our straight fit pants. This is a really democratic fit, a lot of people just for a basic straight leg. Here we see it as a gray and it’s a great stretch cotton. They really dresses up with something as still clouds or you can dress it down just with a basic tee and a jacket on the weekend.

This is a curvy fit and for us this is one of our best selling jean fits so it only make logical sense that we would bring it into a pant fit so it’s truly flattering, it herewith as somewhat of a casual topping. You could put it with something dressier, you r favorite sweater.

So this is our modern bootcut pant, flares a bit at the bottom but fitted through the thigh and here we have a little flat – so this our slim cropped pants. This is probably one of my favorite silhouettes. It’s not a truly short pant. It just that graces the ankle and we’re showing in here in like a deep burgundy which is a little bit different. It’s kind of fresh instead of what’s just going with the basic gray or black.

So over here we have our altered skinny pants and this is really a universally appealing pant. Okay, so what we have here is the perfect trouser. We have a beautiful navy pinstripe version here and this is just really gorgeous, quick these with something gray on top to have that Armaniesque look and then we have the basic black here as well.

So, finally this is our boy cut pant and of course -- dressing is all the rage so this boy cut pants fit right into that trend.

Here is just a simple gray as just as simple notch pocket on the front that really does a clean line. We’ve paired in here with a little plaid shirt and then put a wool jacket over it.
