We’re going to make little mini staffing bites. I love this recipe because this is bread. We’re going to dip it in bread and we’re going to fry it. So just take a little scoop out of your staffing and make a little ball. The last little mini ball made out of our left over staffing. Now what we’re going to do is just start dredging this with just one wet hand with the egg wash and one dry hand and then right into the oil. As you can see this fry up really fast and don’t worry about it. Everything is already cooked, so we’re just going for color right now. And the coloring one is kind of nice and golden brown. Looks pretty good. So I’m going to take this out, get this to cool off and then I’m going to show you what to do with your cranberry sauce left over. Now this is going to be really easy, it’s just your sauce and some nuts and we’re going to put them together in a food processor and make some pesto. Now pesto comes from the word to pound. So this is going to do all the pounding for us. Alright so we got it open, we got to put in here the left over cranberry sauce just right in and then some walnuts and a little bit of black pepper. Really brings up all together because the cranberry sauce is kind of sweet. Alright so, watch how fast this is. We’re just looking for everything to get broken down the size and nice little puree. Look at that! Oh and it’s pretty too. Look at it. Alright I want to give this a try. Just a little dive in there. Look at that, your staffing left over never tasted better.
