(Image Source: Ulster County Cloakroom )   BY JASMINE BAILEY Four people are dead this morning after a hostage situation in Aurora, Colorado — the same city where the mass movie theater shooting took place last summer. WXYZ: Police first arrived on scene around 3 a.m. after reports of shots fired. The gunman was barricaded inside a townhouse in Aurora with three hostages. After the call came in, police evacuated all neighboring townhouses.   KUSA: Details are still emerging but KUSA reports the three hostages were discovered dead after police entered the home and shot and killed the gunman after hours of failed negotiation attempts. There were originally four hostages but one was reportedly able to escape and alert authorities. The names and ages of the victims have not yet been released. A writer for Gawker writes: “This month was supposed to represent some sort of closure for Aurora, Colo., with the Cinemark that was the site of last summer's mass shooting set to reopen on Jan. 17 in a ceremony attended by the town's mayor and the state's governor.
