before coming to a halt on top of an electrical box carrying a 7-thousand volt charge.
One girl is 7 years old the others are 9. Several were initially listed in critical condition and one of the 9-year-olds was not breathing when emergency response teams arrived. By late Monday night, all 5 children were in stable condition.
